Hello, my name is Elizabeth Potter, I am a Transformational Healing Facilitator & Designer. My true passion is helping people reach their full potential and find real happiness and joy in every aspect of life! This is my story...

I began my career as a Fashion Designer. As the computer age took hold I realized that I needed to evolve with it and graphic design became my new passion. It was a very fun and exciting career. I have worked as a freelance designer for over 25 years, it has been a great fit for me as my husband and I raised our three wonderful daughters.

Then my journey into healing came about. Each of my children became ill around the time they started school, around pre-school or kindergarten age. One daughter was diagnosed with ADHD & Bi-Polar Disorder, one with Lymes Disease, two daughters with Chronic Pain, two with Depression, all of them with Anxiety as well as a whole host of other illnesses, too many to list. I could not tell you the countless number of doctors, specialists, and holistic practitioners I took them to in search of cures. Each one insisting that the symptoms were all separate and that each one needed to be treated as such. I did not become a "soccer mom", I became a "hospital mom".

As a result, my own mental and physical state deteriorated slowly but surely over the years. The stress took its toll on my marriage as well. Having sick children eroded every aspect of my life...relationships with family, friends and co-workers were all breaking down. I was at the end of my rope when I finally found Energy Healing. I met Elly Sullivan, who is a wonderful Healing Touch® Certified Practitioner, Reiki Master and Teacher. At that time, her kind attention, presence, warm welcoming words and gentle touch were exactly what I needed in my crazy, out of control world. At my first session I told her that I was a "mess" and her response to me was "Elizabeth, my dear, you are not a mess, you are in the process of becoming". Becoming what? I thought, are you kidding me??? I was holding on for dear life and I just didn't know where to go or what to do. The only thing I could do was change my focus. I needed to start focusing on wellness and a life full of joy instead of a life full of grief. My intention that day was "effortlessness". Since starting this journey in 2016, that is what my life has become, EFFORTLESS!  I could not have guessed in a million years that I, a fashion designer by trade, would ever have become a Reiki Master, Teacher & Transformational Coach myself. It all just resonated with me and I felt immediately at home with so much of what energy healing and its teachings are about. This is what has taken me on a journey that changed my life forever.

I no longer live in fear, I now live in joy. I now know that all of us have the potential to be healthy and happy, live in love instead of fear, and live in joy instead of pain. I have been given a chance to take my life back, to have power over it and now to give back by helping others find their power. Through helping and healing myself I have helped my family and so many others heal themselves as well.
